About Us

Our Background

We Love Learning!  Over the last 12 years in New York City we have been Passionate about tutoring and homeschooling. We also consult families on the adults whom aid in caring for there children. After years of being a tutor, aiding Parents on the best ways for successful learning seemed to be the next step for us. I decided to create a list of qualified, passionate, tutors, educators, coaches, nannies. My Toppin Tutors was born!

Our Expertise

We are extremely fortunate to have Graduate students to Seasoned Professionals from Ivy League, HBCU and International Universities to tutor tutors within there Disciplines. We offer STEM education, Literacy Support, Math help, SHSAT Test Preps, SAT, ACT and Language Instruction. 

Personalized Lessons

Our Private and Personalized Test Preparations & Lessons are available to families at anytime! We offer one-on-one, Group and Online Tutoring sessions 7 days a week both Locally in NYC/NJ and at our New Location serving the Leeds & Harrogate UK area.   

Meet the Team

Founder CEO

Michaelle Toppin PhD Has over 23 years expertise in Research & Development in PetroChemical Engineering. Created Math & STEM programs for children and young people to help get over that "Math Funk" An advocate & supporter of alternative ways of Learning and Homeschooling.  

Specialist Support Educator

Xhristien Ward- Farrell is our Early Years Educator and Teaching & Learning in Schools Leader serving the Leeds/Harrogate area. She has the amazing ability to pair the appropriate Tutor with child or young person and is the author to a portion of our private & personalized tests.

Your team from Nannies, Coaches, Drivers, Housekeepers, Dog Walkers, references and qualifications checked for our support staff.

Payments & Fees.

10%

My Toppin Tutors to ensure that all of our Tutors & Support Staff are background  checked, and qualifications checked require a percentage fee to cover those checks explained in Privacy Policy.
